Sara Grootwassink Lewis, currently a private investor, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:WRE) from May 2002 through February 2009. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE:CSE) since 2004 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Lewis is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.
