Since joining the company in 1997, Brett Franklin has participated in acquiring over 12.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in California, Arizona, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Oregon and Florida.

Prior to joining PS Business Parks, Mr. Franklin served Public Storage Pickup and Delivery as vice president of acquisitions, acquiring and leasing over 1.5 million square feet of industrial properties in 16 cities across the country. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles; he is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
