Alan Pribble, an independent business consultant, has served on the board of PS Business Parks since 1998. Mr. Pribble was a senior vice president of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Over a 30-year career with the bank, Mr. Pribble opened a commercial finance division for Wells Fargo and was involved in its operations. He also served as senior vice president and regional manager and as a senior credit officer.
